Restore your purchases

Open Velvet Tarot, tap your profile on Today, then Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID you bought with.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions ▸ Velvet Tarot, or in the app tap your profile, then Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next renewal.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your journal and your data

Everything you tell the app stays on your iPhone. To keep a copy of your readings, tap your profile, then Export my journal. To remove everything, tap Erase everything. Read the full privacy policy.
